Google's Birthday Of Sir Isaac Newton

Look at the apple on the apple tree image on the Google homepage, one of the apples fell during the process of access to the Google homepage (to be sure, reload the Google homepage). This is not about an animated image that in fact require more time to load than a static image, which may be contrary to the philosophy of Google's No. 3: Fast is better than slow. This is in order to celebrate the birth of Sir Isaac Newton, on January 4.

Sir Isaac Newton was a major figure who discovered Gravity Theory. Perhaps the purpose of an animated image on the Google homepage, is to make people think and conclude by itself, that the fall of an apple is a true fact of the Theory of Gravity. So that people would have remembered to Sir Isaac Newton, in particularly is his great contribution to the world.

So, this is not about an image animations, but the truth of the information, which clearly is part of Google's mission: to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. It’s a Google Way.
